Cancellation + Refund Policy
We know plans change! Because supplies are purchased and prepared in advance for each Craft Club workshop, our cancellation policy helps us keep events running smoothly.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your workshop are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend—just send us their name so we know who to expect.
No-shows are non-refundable.
If Central Oregon Craft Club needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you’ll have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your ticket to another workshop.
